Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused and in original condition

• Original packaging is intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

• Worn or washed clothing

• Intimate or sanitary goods (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or wrong. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
